Ouedhref carpet

The mergoum of Oudhref is a traditional, traditional weaving in pure sheep wool, which contains the triangular and rhomboid patterns.

The ouedhref is a variant of traditional margoum carpet from southern Tunisia. Infact, it is an artisanal flush weaving in pure sheep wool. The traditional Ouedhrefs contain the triangular and rhomboid patterns usual in Tunisian kilims.

Ouedhref weaving is a heritage passed down from mother to daughter, from generation to generation. It is the richest weaving and requires more time.
